Court: CA Gay Marriage Ban Is Unconstitutional

Not surprised, this was going to happened, the United States of America 9th Federal Court of Appeals ruled that the state of California’s same-sex marriage law not constitutional.

“A federal appeals court on Tuesday declared California’s same-sex marriage ban to be unconstitutional, putting the bitterly contested, voter-approved law on track for a likely appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. (Feb. 7)”

Poor Copy Of Tea Party Movement (OccupyWallStreet): UPDATE

For the last few weeks I have kept back from making any comments in regards to this protest going on in the area on or near Wall Street in New York City, New York, USA. The reason being is that I thought it would not last more than a day or two than it would fade out. Now that a few weeks have passed since this “Occupy Wall Street” in NYC has begun and after having both heard and read what has been going on, this blogger has got to put a comment in.

This very well-organized protest rally going on in not just only in New York City, but in a number of cities around the country, including Hartford, Connecticut, USA, today in Bushnell Park is an ongoing series of protests called for by this group which is based in Canada called “Adbusters” who had gotten its inspiration from the “Arab Spring” protests that had taken place in Tahrir Square in Cairo, Egypt early this year.

The Adbusters group in a statement says that the goal of these protests are:”Beginning from one simple demand – a presidential commission to separate money from politics – we start setting the agenda for a new America.”

A “new America”? Rather IMHO, the SAME OLD, SAME OLD radical leftist agenda being touted under the new and improved idea called a “new America”. What is really is going on is a poor copy of the much more successful “Tea Party Movement”. This Occupy Wall Street is simply a call for greater socialism in government at a time when in the United States has an out-of-control federal government in spending, taxing, and overregulations. The Tea Party movement to its credit which in its beginnings by CNBC’s Rick Santelli in the his “classic rant” heard around the world from the city of Chicago, Illinois, USA on the floor of the Chicago Board of Trade. The Tea Party movement has since has gone on to work behind the scenes to get conservative GOP Republicans elected, first in the November, 2010 mid-term elections, and now on for the upcoming 2012 USA Presidential elections.

What I see in these protests going on in New York City and elsewhere around the USA, which now even the unions have decided to get involved as well as more support coming from additional college students is simply another way of promoting class warfare in action by placing the blame in the wrong place, when the blame should go where it should belong to the Washington D.C. beltway.

What is the reasons for this series of protests by Occupy Wall Street? Is it simply to make larger the USA federal government and to have what conservative talk-radio show host Mark Levin calls a “soft tyranny” of socialism? If this is the liberal answer to the Tea Party movement, it has FAILED bigtime to win over the “new silent majority” in the United States.

These protests being done by Occupy Wall Street cannot be compared to the Tea Party movement by any stretch. Tea Party movement people are peaceful, non-violent folks who support people in both law enforcement and in the military. The Occupy Wall Street protesters it seems did not show any respect for the law or law enforcement people as this video from a few days has shown.

ESPN Sacks Hank Williams Jr. Over President Obama Remarks

A sad sign of the times, when even in sports, political correctness extremes having gone out-of-control thanks to the old msm.

ESPN of Bristol, Connecticut, USA, decided to drop country and western singer Hank Williams Jr.’s famous theme song for “Monday Night Football” over remarks about President Barack Hussein Obama. The famous song in question, “Are You Ready For Some Football” has become the weekly theme song for the NFL Monday night football games.

The issue in question was this remark:”You remember the golf game they had? That was one of the biggest political mistakes ever. That turned a lot of people off. It just didn’t go over,” he said.

When asked what about the game he didn’t like, Williams Jr. pointed to the participants.

“Come on, come on, that would be like Hitler playing golf with [Israeli prime minister Benjamin] Netanyahu,” he said. “In the shape this country is in?”

What I cannot understand is why would ESPN take what Mr. Williams Jr. say in these above remarks when he is NOT EVEN an employee of ESPN? Truly this nation, the USA is in trouble when even any comments by those who are in the entertainment industry who are not liberal or radical liberal has to be censored by those who are into political correctness in the extreme as well-being simply afraid of the truth.

What I find distasteful is major league sports channels such as ESPN getting to close in involvement with anything political. It would do ESPN well if it DID NOT TAKE OUT OF CONTEXT what Mr. Williams Jr. had said and let it go at that.

September 11, 2001……….Plus Ten Years, Part 2.

In the ten years since the attacks of the United States of America on September 11, 2001, I have done a LOT of serious reflection and looking back.

This serious reflection and looking back has made me realize that from out of this comes ten important things I have learned over the course of the ten years. The list of the ten things I have learned about in regards to this horrible event in the life of America in general and for I as an American in a special way.

What I have learned in the decade from that fateful Tuesday to today is listed in a list of ten, one for each year since the attacks. Here is a list of ten things I have learned from September 11, 2001 plus ten years:

10. September 11th 2001 Heroes Not Only Were Humans, But Animals Also.

A rescue dog, who is now retired, shows that dogs in the service of search and rescue, be it terror attacks or natural disasters do the needed work of first responders. The dog’s name is Red. =^..^=

9. The Need To Just Say “NO” To Political Correctness.

When it comes to political correctness, my biggest concern and fear is that “political correctness” is what is destroying not only the United States, but also the western world as well because Americans and westerners in the western world CANNOT OFFEND anyone who is Muslim. 8. The Need To Say “Thank-You” Not Only To Those Who Serve In The Military, But To Those Who Serve The Community, Police, Fire Fighters, And Other First Responders.

Many of those men and women who died not only in the World Trade Towers when they both came down, but also those in the military that served who had given their very lives in the wars against Islamofacism in the nations of Afghanistan and Iraq, to their families, and to those who are still alive, be they injured or not, in person. 7. Learning To Trust Washington D.C. Beltway MUCH Less Over The Course Of The Decade.

During the ten years since September 11, 2001, I have learned to have a healthy questioning of Washington D.C. politics. This is why I had gotten involved in the tea party movement and tea party rallies. Also have been paying more attention to what has been coming out of the President Barack Hussein Obama White House, which included the Obamacare policy and also the over-taxing, over-spending, and over-regulations of an out-of-control United States federal government.

6. On September 11, 2001, Was My FIRST LESSON ON WHO DID THE ATTACKING, And WHY.

Since that day, I have been learning more about what Islamofacism is as well as jihad, via wonderful websites such as Jihadwatch.org and DanielPipes.org, which goes into great details in their articles. Both Robert Spencer of Jihadwatch and Daniel Pipes is NOT AFRAID TO TELL THE TRUTH about Islam, Islamofacism, and jihad. Plus Mr. Spencer has written a number of books on Islam, Muhammad, and jihad, one of which I do have. Also Dr. Pipes has written a number of in-depth articles online at his website.

5. Have Learned NOT TO ACCEPT A WHITEWASHED Version Of Islam.

Because of taking the time to learn what the REAL and not the Whitewashed version of Islam is all about, I REFUSE to fall into the trap of Islamic lying better known as “tayyqia”, blessed and permitted lying to non-Muslims by Muslims. One of the first messages said is that Islam is a “religion of peace.” In truth, the religion means “submission” not peace. Also on the day of the attacks, I remember seeing a video showing Palestinians dancing upon hearing the attacks on September 11, 2001. This truth cannot be denied. For this is why I will not accept any whitewashing at all.

4. Have Learned To Value And Appreciate My Relationships.

Over the course of the ten years since September 11, 2001, all the more had learned to value the relationships I have with my dear ones, both human and animals.

3. Making An Effort To Get To KNOW The God Of The Holy Bible And My Faith.

That above one sentence says it better than a great detail in a much fuller paragraph. Also not afraid to defend my Christian Roman Catholic faith as well as Christians everywhere in regards to the household of faith around the world and in a special way, the Church that is suffering because of violence and oppression, and in a special way, in Muslim controled nations.

2. That It Is POSSIBLE That President Barack Hussein Obama IS A MUSLIM.

It is time for President Obama to come out and admit it, that he was raised Muslim. At least it would at last remove any DOUBTS WHO HE REALLY IS as far in regards to his background, beyond being half black, half white. The more he keeps the facts to himself, the more Americans are going to come to their own conclusions, with more of the rest of the world. One way to know would be President being more supportive of those nations that are out to destroy Israel and the Jewish people.

Fit To Be Tied Indeed! (UPDATE)

Today, I am FIT TO BE TIED INDEED!

While I was listening to both Jim Vicevich, who is both a friend of mine and is the host of a local conservative talk radio show on WTIC AM 1080 this mid-morning and now another conservative talk radio show host, Rush Limbaugh on his national show on what was said by James Hoffa Jr. as well the SILENCE that came from the President Barack Hussein Obama White House. Mr. Hoffa Jr., head of the Teamsters union, had given that speech in the city of Detroit, MI, USA, which is so very ironic because now, there is an effort to reduce the size of that city by tearing down buildings which have long have lost usefulness and convert the land to open space. Detroit became what it is now because of both the mismanagement of it by the Democrats and the increasing demands of the auto unions.

IMHO, when one is SILENT, one by that very silence GIVES FULL PERMISSION OR CONSENT to what one who is an allies or supporter says.

Also I am the daughter of a Pratt and Whitney Aircraft employee who when he was LIVING himself was a proud member of a union that HE was active in. My late father must be now doing breakdancing in his grave. Frankly, he would be SHOCKED to hear the garbage Mr. Hoffa Jr. said about “going to war” against every day Americans who are opposed to the polices of President Obama.

Also Mr. Hoffa Jr. FORGETS that most rank-and-file union members are mostly are conservative and are more often than not are active as tea part movement members.

Also this sure goes against President Obama’s call for civil communications in the aftermath of the attempt on the life of USA House of Representative Gabrielle Giffords earlier this year.

Also I see this as a DESPERATE attempt by the Democrats and their supporters to try to stand up against Americans who have HAD ENOUGH with an out-of-control Washington D.C. beltway. War has been declared on America by the Democrats and radical liberals. In the end, it is a war that they WILL NOT WIN.

I do not blog too often on classic rants and this one is a rare one, but I must because war has been declared on every day America and Americans.

Removing All Doubt, Jim Hoffa,On American Business And 2012 Presidential Elections

On this Labor Day 2011, the Teamsters head, Jim Hoffa had in this interview REMOVED all doubt on where unions stand in regards to the upcoming 2012 USA Presidential elections in a special way as well as his view of American business which Mr. Hoffa says are “unpatriotic”.

Mr. Hoffa’s view on who he and the Teamsters WILL BE BACKING come 2012, and it will be President Barack Hussein Obama. That was to be expected.

Give Candy Crowley credit for not only asking the very tough questions but getting Mr. Hoffa to realize that American businesses are very much are holding back because of not being too pleased with the out-of-control taxing, spending, and regulations coming out from Washington D.C. In OTHER WORDS Mr. Hoffa, American business is on STRIKE RIGHT NOW and is NOT HIRING as a way of showing great displeasure over what is going on in the beltway.

Yet Mr. Hoffa sure sounds more like a person who is running for a public office rather than acting like he is the head of a major American union.

On this Labor Day 2011 when for many Americans, it is the fight to hold onto their jobs or a fight to just be able to find one, this interview simply REMOVES all doubts were Mr. Hoffa and big labor stands in regards to the 2012 USA Presidential elections, and it is not putting the best interests of real, everyday Americans who work or are trying to find gainful employment work to heart but to simply be in support once again of the FAILED and FAILING polices of both President Obama and the Democrats.

Fruits Of Liberalism: London Riots And American Flash Mobs

The riots in London, England, UK, and the flash mobs in a number of American cities, are fruits of LIBERALISM gone wild indeed.

Over the course of this summer, beginning in early June in  Chicago and as of recent, Philadelphia, and across the ocean in London with riots both being done by young people who have been raised by with an expectation of living off of entitlements from the nanny states on both sides of the Atlantic. Add to that and with the help of the social networks and blackberries to organize both the rioting and the flash mobbing.

What I have seen on tv, hear on the radio, and after watching with reading online, IMHO, in regards to the London rioting and the American flash mobs is that both are the results of not only liberal government polices but also a the result of the breakdown of the faith and morals that have served western society so very well. When both faith and morals are driven out of the public square, structure in public order breakdown and the horrible results are for ALL to see. When there is no order or structure, it has to be filled by something else and it is what has been going on the past week and the course of the summer.

IMHO, it is TIME for the liberals to FACE THE MUSIC and ACCEPT responsibility for sowing the results that are being realized on both sides of the Atlantic.

So In Chris Mathews Eyes, Republicans, Conservatives, Including I Are Called TERRORISTS

Good golly miss molly, Chris Mathews has sure has gotten a bit CREATIVE about using the word “terrorists” as of late!                  

When Mr. Mathews said that “the Republicans party today is not the same Republican party of even a couple of years ago” as cited in Real Clear Politics, means that unlike the Republican Party of a few years ago, which was ruled by those Republicans who would be called RINOS today, today’s new crop of Republicans are much more conservative and often come from the TEA PARTY MOVEMENT who are calling for “responsible” governing in regards to federal taxation and over-regulations. Yet Mr. Mathews calls any Republican who is NOT A RINO, who is a conservative Republican, or even for that matter ANY CONSERVATIVE which for that matter Mr. Mathews happens to include me in the process over the budget debt and debt ceiling. From Real Clear Politics website: “Chris Matthews: “The Republican party today is not the same Republican party of even a couple of years ago. It seems to me it is overrun now by people who are abolitionists. They’re willing to abolish government, they’re willing to bring it down if they have to. And they really don’t a darn or damn about the consequences.” So there you are, coming straight from the horse’s mouth, what not only Mr. Mathews thinks about Republicans and conservatives, but also from Democrats and liberals as well when it comes to Americans who are calling for financial sanity in the Washington D.C. beltway.

The most surprising part is that, Mr. Mathews, though he does not know it, gives CREDIT to the Republican party in its early years, during the period of its founding to end slavery. So in truth, yes, the present-day conservative Republicans can be called “abolitionists”. But today’s conservative Republicans in a special way as well as conservatives in general want to end the slavery of taxing, spending, and over-regulations, and FREE the American people to be able to pursue both economic and personal success, called the AMERICAN DREAM.
