Sunday, September 11, 2011, will mark ten years since the horrible attacks on the United States of America by Islamofacists who had hijacked four jet airplanes with the intention of using them as bombs to not only take out the World Trade Center’s two towers of New York City,NY,USA, but also the Pentagon of Washington D.C.,USA, and with the last hijacked airplane which was to be used to take out either the USA Capitol building or the White House. That hijacked jet never made its target, rather it would become what I would call “the flight of heroes”, United Airlines Flight 93,when the passengers, who knew they were going to die, rose up and fought back against the Islamofacist hijackers which redirected the plane to the open fields of Shanksville, PA, USA.
The other three airlines that were hijacked on that day were American Airlines: American Airlines Flight 11, American Airlines Flight 77, and American Airlines Flight 175, the first two which took down the two World Trade Center Towers, and the third one which hit the Pentagon.
Looking back myself on what had happened and I remember when it all took place, I had left home early on that Tuesday morning to go to my local post office to mail a few letters. Got into work at Manchester Community College in Manchester, CT, USA, as a college computer laboratory manager. When I called up my mother, she said she say what looked like a movie on tv, not knowing at the time that the first WTC Tower was hit. I thought it was accidental jet plane crash. But when the second tower was hit, I KNEW that it was a direct attack, because when the two towers were hit, first at 8:46 AM, and 9:02 AM, and then the Pentagon at 9:37 AM America was not only drawn into a war which goes back over the course of over one thousand years, but also hit two major American business and military centers.
The United Airlines Flight 93 crashed into the PA field at 10:03 AM.
Also looking back these ten years since that fateful Tuesday in has cause me via this two parts blog entry to do A LOT OF SERIOUS REFLECTION.
Plus also I sense this nation, the United States of America has also has change forever since September 11, 2001.
When those two towers crumbled and came down, it left me “shocked” as well as “stunned” for almost a week until that very Sunday after the attacks and I had broken down at last in grief.
Now ten years later, I have LEARNED a lot and is still LEARNING about why we had September 11, 2001, ten years later as September 11, 2011 comes ever closer.
In this blog entry and the second one to come, I will be posting not only what I have posted as a personal reflection, but also a number of videos as well a top ten list from what I have learned from September 11, 2001.
Also in these two blog articles, I will be very, very blunt when it comes to what the United States and the west for that matter is up against. No holes barred blunt. The TRUTH must be said, no whitewashing of it, PERIOD.
I have NO CHOICE. It is not only for the sake of JUSTICE for those who had died on September 11, 2001, as well as in the wars that followed over the course of this decade, but also for the future of the United States of America and of the west.

“For people who have an intimate connection with the New York skyline, the absence of the Twin Towers after the 9/11 attacks has overshadowed the last decade. Now, as the new towers finally begin to take shape, the skyline has again been altered. When it’s complete, One World Trade will be the tallest building in the Western hemisphere — 1,776 feet high. More than 80 floors of a planned 105 stories are now complete, with glass encasing some 60 stories. Some 3,400 workers are at the site around the clock. The national memorial — two reflecting pools seated in the footprints of the original towers — will open in time for the 10th anniversary this weekend. “As terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001 closed American air space, 38 passenger planes heading west over the Atlantic with more than 6,500 passengers and crew were diverted to Gander Airport in Newfoundland. Those passengers soon found out that instead of being trapped, they were embraced. CBS News travel editor Peter Greenberg revisits the airport ten years later.”
