Breaking News………..Judge Rules That Occupy Wall Street Cannot Bring Tents, Sleeping Bags To Park

At LAST common sense and sanity prevails.

A judge backs the city of New York, New York, USA backs the NYPD “clean sweep” of Zuccotti Park.

From the New York Daily News website:”Hours after baton-wielding cops cleared Occupy Wall Street protesters and their tents from Zuccotti Park on Tuesday, a judge backed the clean sweep.

The ruling by Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Michael Stallman says that city can stop protesters from bringing tents, tarps and other camping equipment into the park.

The decision is likely to be appealed, so it was unclear if the city would immediately reopen the park to people without tents.

Some Occupy Wall Street protesters had already moved to another public space, owned by Trinity Church, at Canal St. and Sixth Ave., where they used bolt cutters to open a fenced-in area.”

THANK-YOU in SHOUT OUT your honor for doing THE RIGHT THING. Frankly Americans have not only have lost interest in the going on of this protests both in NYC but also around the country, also having simply have gotten fed-up as well, but the protests areas have simply become a HEALTH and SAFETY HAZARD, PERIOD.

To the NYPD, GOOD JOB!
